A minimum order of $15 is required for all order placed over the phone or website. Minimum order amounts do not include tax or shipping and handling charges.

Warranty

All new and refurbished replacement parts carry a 30 day warranty unless expressly listed otherwise.

Warranties are extended from the date of purchase and National Parts depot reserves the right to deny a warranty claim in the event the damage/defect results from improper or inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modification, or misuse.

Please contact your salesperson for an RMA # for all warranty claims.

Products repaired or refurbished by our Product Engineering & Services Division (PES) carry a warranty of up to one year as stipulated in repair/refurbishment contract.

Shipping

Orders for stock parts placed by 4PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped that day (see the table below for carrier specific information). Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a copy of the invoice and another with the tracking information.

Please call (800)524-8338 and speak with your sales representative prior to returning any product. All returns require an RMA #, which are valid for 30 days. Make sure a copy of the RMA is included with the item being returned and the RMA# is visible on the outside of the package to ensure proper handling once it reaches our facility.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to all non-warranty returns. Parts must be returned in a sellable condition including original packaging for credit to be issued. National Parts Depot reserves the right to refuse any non-warranty items not returned over 30 days, without an RMA #, or in any other manner not in accordance with out return policy. Advance Exchange/Core Return Policy

National Parts Depot's advance exchange program allows you to order quality repaired/refurbished parts for same day shipment (where available) at a discounted price. Core return tags will be included with all repaired/refurbished parts that require the return of a core. A repairable core must be received within 30 days to avoid being invoiced for the core owed. The charge will be equivalent to the cost to replenish stock.

Net Terms

We offer Net 30 terms subject to competition and approval of our Credit Application.

Net 30 terms up to $500 are extended to all hospitals, schools, and government agencies. A Purchase Order (PO) on company/agency letterhead is required, and your order will ship once a PO confirmation is received. Please email or fax PO's to (845) 469-4855.

Sales Tax

By law, sales tax must be charged when shipping to New York only. If you are exempt from sales tax, we require a copy of the appropriate exemption or resale certificate.
