for use in HP LJ-4300 Series Laser Printer Series

National Parts Depot announces availability of LJ-4300 Fuser Film Sleeves for use in HP LJ-4300 equipment. These sleeves are completely different in construction then Polyimide based Fuser Film Sleeves used in many other HP models.

This product which uses a unique metal alloy base material is the first of many that are common in their use of a more stable and robust metal base material. Critical to fuser sleeve quality issues are the stability of the base materials. The ability to control these factors is the difference between a quality product and poor performance.

The metal alloy base material is propriety in its construction and requires a costly development process. Using a material that does not fall within the tolerances required will provide premature failure. Careful field testing has proven this products performance to match or exceed OEM standards. Surface preparation is also a critical factor in insuring long term performance.

LJ-4300 Sleeve Products begin shipping in April 2005 to selected customers. Increased production has started with full production capability beginning in May 2005. NPD is currently accepting orders and information on pricing and delivery is available directly from NPD. These products are available New, Recoated and as Advance Exchange.

NPD provides all of the current HP model sleeves with coatings that match the OEM.

Polyimide Fuser Film Sleeves are equal to OEM performance.
